All items at Haus of Vallen are made to order, which means each piece is crafted specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.


Damaged or Defective Items


We understand that accidents can happen during shipping. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:


  1. Take clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.

  3. Include your order number and photos in your message so we can assist you quickly.
